Stoichiometry

Google defines Stoichiometry as, "the relationship between the relative quantities of substances taking part in a reaction or forming a compound, typically a ratio of whole integers." From what we have learned in class it seems like a pretty simple concept. In some of our simpler problems we were given a specific amount of a substance and had to see how many grams of our product would be produced. In other problems we would have to find how much of a reactant we would need to make a specific amount of product. Here are a couple of examples
Here are also some videos that may help

  1. I had no idea thats what google defined stoichiometry as, but after learning about it in class, it actually makes sense. your examples really helped me especially with our test tomorrow.

  2. I agree, this unit seems very doable. The videos you shared really help me, as did the examples! It helped make sure to reinforce the concepts of this unit.

  3. I also think that this unit will be easier than the last couple, even though it combines the last two that we did into one. I feel like we have more under out belts than we did during those units and now we can really apply what we learned there to the unit now.
